Submit an account deletion request through a dedicated secure page, even if you cannot access the application.
Employee or administrator
A personal login identity may be deleted while retaining records that Tawajud or the establishment must keep for legal or operational purposes.
What happens after submission?
1. We verify the mobile number and the identity linked to the account.
2. We review the request’s effect on the establishment and required records.
3. We complete the applicable action and notify you of the outcome.
